I found this blanket to be just right to sleep below. It didn't care for me too warm, but comfortable. As wool goes I by no means found this to be too uncomfortable, but in bed you can permanently sleep including a sheet in between.

We have had a full-size pendleton blanket for being, but only in the last 6 months or so began using it daily. We have now switched from synthetic polar-fleece type blankets to wool for daily use. We bought this so we could stop fighting over the covers, as it did not fit the queen-size bed very well!
